Birdeye Acquires Cube Online

As the CEO and co-founder of Cube Online, I am delighted to announce that our long-term and trusted technology partner Birdeye has officially acquired Cube Online.

The whole team at Cube is excited and proud to be joining the world’s leading all-in-one customer experience platform, and its innovative global team. 

This is an excellent outcome for all Cube Online customers, not only because they will get access to the best technology in the world, but they will now also benefit from significant investments in customer support and back-of-house infrastructure, and will also get priority access to all new features and product improvements.  

Our local staff and management team across Australia and the UK will continue to lead the business with the support of our global colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for our customers and team alike. 

Over the course of the next few months, we will also be undergoing the process of rebranding Cube Online to Birdeye - so keep an eye out for that!  

Birdeye’s product innovation, customer obsession, and company culture make this a natural fit with our incredible team at Cube Online. 

With the synergies of our relationship, we have big plans to continue our success from previous years and keep growing the business in Australia, New Zealand, and the UK.
